Project management is the heart of every development assignment. Our project managers have developed a method that has proven its success. The first duty of the Project Manager is to create a thorough development plan and establish clear communication channels with the client. The development team meets on a weekly basis to discuss the project status and to review the development plan. All members of the development team are required to attend weekly meetings to address problems or concerns and implement the appropriate solutions. Project Managers pay close attention to all aspects of the development process to identify potential risks before they happen.
